Richard A. “Frosty” Frost, 74 of Massillon passed away at his residence on January 2, 2019. He was born January 26, 1944 in Massillon the son of the late Alan and Elsie (Spiecher) Frost. He was a proud Army veteran.

After 40 years, Frosty retired from Aqua Ohio where he was an installer. He was a die-hard Massillon Tiger Football Fan. He enjoyed travelling and hunting.

Frosty was a member of the DAV and AmVets. Frosty is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Rita and Jerry Laudermilt; brother and sister-in-law, Tom and Carma Ziegelhofer; two granddaughters, Brittany (Adam) Randall, Marla (Shawn) Rohr; two great-grandchildren, Alaina and Austin Randall; and his trusted companion, Toto. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at Heitger Funeral Home – Massillon Chapel, 639 1st ST NE from Noon to 2pm.

Burial will follow the visitation at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens in Massillon. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Stark County Humane Society, P.O. Box 7077, Canton, OH 44705.
