Richard Glen Hagler, 66, son of Dale & Dorothy (Watts) Hagler, was born February 5, 1953 in Ottumwa, Iowa. He passed away Friday, March 8, 2019 at Mercy Medical Center – West Lakes in West Des Moines, Iowa surrounded by his family and friends. He graduated from Fox Valley High School.

He then went on to graduate from Indian Hills Community College in Otumwa. After graduating, he did farming and mechanical work. Later on he drove for Lint United Van Lines.
