Sanchez “Ricky Boy” “Gypsy”, was born April 5, 1955 in Roswell, New Mexico. He passed away, following an illness, on Saturday, April 13, 2019 in Albuquerque at the age of 64. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Sanchez-Lankford.

Richard is survived by his sisters, Linda Garner-Hern (Floyd), children John and Victoria and Maxine Sanchez (Diego), children Jeremy (Janice), Raymond (Angelica,) Fernando (Stephanie). Also surviving are great nephews and nieces, Elijah, Raymond, Champ, Isaiah, Josiah, Maya, Angie and Brooklyn; as well as other family members and friends who loved and will miss him. A celebration of life will be held on at the Sundowner Apartments located at 6101 Central Ave NE, Albuquerque, NM 87108, on Saturday, May11, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. For service information please call 505-259-8466.
