Obituary for Richard Kent Proctor Richard Kent Proctor Funeral services for Richard Kent Proctor of El Reno will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, December 6, 2018 in the Wesley United Methodist Church. Rev. Allen Carson will officiate.

Interment will be in the El Reno Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home. Kent passed away on Friday November 30, 2018 in his home with his family by his side.

He was born on February 3, 1953 in El Reno, OK. Kent was a lifetime El Reno area resident and a graduate of El Reno High School. He attended Drafting School in Oklahoma City, OK.

and was a Graduate of the University of Oklahoma. He was a member of the First Christian Church. Richard Kent Proctor married Vicki Reuter on August 3, 1973 in El Reno, OK.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Kenneth J. & Betty Jean (Wilson) Proctor. Survivors include his wife Vicki Proctor of the home. Son: Shane Proctor of El Reno, OK.

Daughter Trisha Murray and husband Jay of El Reno, OK. 2 – Grandsons: Brady Proctor and Miles Murray and Granddaughter Maddie Murray. 2 – Brothers: Kevin Proctor of Rye gate, Vermont, and Kyle Proctor & wife Trisha of Cary, North Carolina.

Sister: Deann Riley of El Reno, OK. Mother in law: Patricia Reuter of El Reno, OK. Nieces and Nephews: Jay, Michael, Brynna Riley, Landon & Logan Proctor, Lauren Epps.
