Richard Lamar Frock, 80, of Plainview, Arkansas passed away December 20, 2018. He was born April 3, 1938 in Springfield, Ohio to David and Wanetta Mercer Frock. Richard was preceded in death by his parents, and wife Sherry Frock.

He is survived by three sons, three step-sons, one step-daughter, one brother, one sister, seventeen grandchildren, and twenty great-grandchildren.
