Marasa, Richard –Of Waltham, Sept. 3rd. Beloved husband of Evelyn (Ventura).

Father of Karen Fafara and her husband Daniel of Westwood and Lisa Matthews and her husband Stephen of Reading. Brother of Anne Albertazzi of Woburn and James Marasa and his wife Susan of Bedford. Brother in law of Richard Ventura and his wife Diane of Waltham, Annette Annese of Saugus and Lucille Ventura- Wandell and her husband Charles of FL.

Papa of Katie, Ashley, Nora and Molly. Richard is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family. Richard’s funeral will begin at the Funeral Home on Monday Sept.

10th at 9:30am. Funeral Mass in St. Athanasius Church, 300 Haverhill St., Reading at 10:30am. Relatives and friends may visit at the funeral home on Sunday from 2-5pm.

Interment in Woodend Cemetery, Reading. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Richard’s name to the American Cancer Society, 125 S. Huntington Ave, Jamaica Plain, MA 02130.
