Richard Neal gained his wings on July 18th, 2018 in El Paso, TX. He was born in Houston, TX son of Eddie James Neal Sr. and mother, Bernice Neal. He graduated from Sterling High School in 1980 and went to Houston Community College for welding.

On October 25th, 1993 he married Alice Neal. He was a very loving and devoted husband and father. He was a fun person to be around and was always smiling.

He is survived by his beloved wife Alice Neal, daughter Renesha Neal, son-in-law Kyle Wyatt, and grandson Kai Wyatt of Norman, OK. He also leaves behind two brothers Michael Neal & his wife Vickie Neal, Eddie James Ferrias & his wife Melinda Ferrias of Houston. He also leaves behind his mother Bernice Neal and Eddie James Neal Sr., as well as sister in law Sylvia Ferrias of Houston, TX.

He also leaves several nieces, nephews, uncles & cousins, and two deceased brothers Daryl Ferrias, Anthony Ferrias and sister Taryan Ferrias.
