Obituary of Richard McClelland Richard McClalland, 79, of Kingwood, passed away at WVU Medicine on April 30, 2019. He was born on October 30, 1939 in Cleveland, OH to the late Willis Moran and Gladys Gregory McClelland. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and engraved coins for a living.

Richard is survived by his brother Willard Moran McClelland and his wife Mae of Kingwood. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Faye E. Kolson. McCulla Funeral Home has provided cremation services.
