Ricky’s Obituary Ricky Eugene Wright, 65, of Hemphill, Texas passed away Wednesday, December 26, 2018 in Shady Shores of Hemphill, Texas. Ricky was born in Elk City, Oklahoma on September 24, 1953 to parents, George Sidney Wright and Eula Loraine Thompson Wright. He worked in the oilfield industry.

He is survived by his sisters, Victoria Thompson of Washington State and Gail Wright of Orangefield, Texas; brothers, Randy Wright of Hemphill, Texas and David Wright of England; and numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Ricky was preceded in death by his parents, George and Eula Wright and his brother, Ronnie Wright. Cremation arrangements were handled by Starr Funeral Home of Hemphill, Texas.
