Mrs. Rita Fleury, 89, formerly of Concord, died at Merrimack County Nursing Home on Feb. 5, 2019. She resided at Gerrish Manor for 2 ½ years.

She was born in Bristol on Nov. 20, 1929 the daughter of Arthur and Marion (Saucier) Fleury Rita was raised in Northfield NH and lived in Franklin before moving to Concord several years ago. Rita was employed by Franklin Regional Hospital for several years a manager of the Sterilizing Dept.

Following her retirement, she worked part-time at Concord Hospital. Rita enjoyed Swedish weaving, reading going to the ocean in Maine, bingo, and shopping Family members include :3 Sons Butch Abbott of Franklin, NH, Steve Abbott of Belmont, NH, Mike Cross of Laconia NH, 4 Daughters: Rita DiStefano of Concord, Diana Abbott of Salisbury, NH, Debi Chamberlain of Nevada, and Shari Parris of Florida, 18 Grandchildren, 24 Great Grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, 4 Brothers, and 3 Sisters.

Private burial will be at Blossom Hill Cemetery in Concord. IN Lieu of Donations please share a memory of Rita on the guest book on web site. Thibault-Neun Funeral Home and Cremation Service are assisting Rita’s family.
