OBITUARY Rivers Lee Wells July 20, 1953 – December 3, 2018 Rivers Lee Wells, 65, of Kokomo passed away at 1:09 AM Monday December 3, 2018 at St. Vincent Hospital, Kokomo. Born July 20, 1953 in West Memphis, Arkansas, he was the son of the late Benny Wells and Icie (Young) Wells. On June 18, 2017 in Kokomo, he married Debinique (Woodard), and she survives.

He is survived by his wife Debinique Wells of Kokomo; three sons Rivers Lee Wells Jr of Racine, WI, Christopher Wells of Kokomo, and Brandon Wells of Mississippi; one daughter Shakeema Wells of Kokomo; one brother Gregory (Joy) Wells of Kokomo; two sisters Veronica Wells and Vorice Price, both of Racine, WI; also seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Benny Wells. A Celebration of Life will be 11:00 AM Saturday December 8, 2018 at Ellers Mortuary Webster Street Chapel, 3400 South Webster Street, Kokomo.

Cremation will follow. The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM Saturday at the mortuary.
