Memorial services for Ronald Lee Hido, age 73, of Painesville will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday February 5, 2019 at Spear- Mulqueeny funeral home 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville. Friends will be received 10:00 -11:00 AM before the service. Ron was born March 19,1945 in Painesville to John and Margaret (Gyure) Hido.

He passed away January 25, 2019 at Lake Med Nursing and Rehab Center in Painesville Township. Ron served in the United States Air Force from 1966 through 1970. He was employed as a draftsman for the Lake County Engineer’s Office.

Ron was a member of the Hungarian Reformed Church in Fairport Harbor. He enjoyed drawing and artwork. He was also an avid Cleveland Sports Fan.

Ronald is survived by his nieces; Kathleen (Joseph) Crawford , Maureen (Kenneth) Crim , Mary Pat (William) Crim ; cousins, Jeanne Hido Carpenter, Linda Hido Cave and Frank Petrus, Shirley (Dave) Hillard; great nieces and nephews, James, Frank, Tiffany, Cole, Karen, Kenneth, Aaden, and Ryan. He was preceded in death by his brother John L. Hido, his parents; niece, Susan Ladieux; cousins, Joseph Adams, Richard Hido, Glen Hido, and Haskel Hido.
