On Thursday, July 12, 2018, Robert Benjamin Heeter, age 67, passed peacefully in his sleep of natural causes. He was a beloved father of Joseph Heeter, Matthew Heeter, the late Daniel Heeter, and their mother Priscilla Heeter; loving brother of Raymond Heeter and Angela Myers, uncle of Shayna Heeter, Fawn Corrine Stamm, Zoe Myers, and Travis Heeter. He is also survived by many loving family and friends.

Robert grew up in Lodge Forest and was not only a steadfast soldier in the United States Army, serving overseas in northeast Africa, but also was a Steelworker for places such as Bethlehem Steel and Jarvis. He was also sent to Saudi Arabia for a few weeks doing steel work. Robert enjoyed the outdoors with his family.

He especially loved going crabbing at the local pier with his three boys as he watched them grow. He will be dearly missed. A Memorial Gathering will be held at Kaczorowski Funeral Home, P.A. on August 4, 2018 from 2-4 PM with services at 3:30 PM.
