OBITUARY Robert Bivans October 1, 1934 – February 6, 2019 Robert L. Bivans, 84, a resident of Jensen Beach, Florida, departed this life Wednesday, February 6, 2019. He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Karen Bivans; son, Bobby Bivans; sister, Fran Hefferman; and many other loving family members and friends. Robert was a member of the Elks and achieved the rank of Grand Elk and the young age of 34.

He also enjoyed golfing and wood carving.
