Robert Arthur Alpino 82, of Richmond, Ohio passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville. Bob was employed at Jefferson Union and Edison Local where he worked as a teacher and coach. He was a member of Richmond United Methodist Church, Richmond Lions Club, and Richmond Historical Society.

He loved golf, gardening, and yardwork. Bob was an avid fan of WVU, Ohio St., and Pittsburgh professional teams Bob was born September 22, 1935 in Chester, WV a son of the late John and Margaret (Talbot) Alpino. He is survived by his wife, Marjorie (Pearce) Alpino; son, Robert M. Alpino of Pittsburgh, PA; Sharon (Robert) Stewart of St. Clairsville, OH; sister, Sue Rigby, Florida; grandchildren, Ryan, Ashley Alpino, Adam (Cristina) Stewart, and Lindsay (Tom) Zeisler.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd. , Wintersville, Ohio on Thursday from 1-3 and 5-7 PM. Funeral services Friday at 1 PM with Pastor Georgette Gaston officiating.

Entombment will follow at Union Cemetery, Steubenville. Richmond Lions Club services 6:30 pm Thursday. Send condolences online at www.
