Obituary for Mr. Robert (Bob) B. Colton Robert (Bob) B. Colton, 73, of Savannah, GA, passed away at Memorial Health University on Wednesday October 11th, 2017. He was born October 30, 1943 in Boston, Massachusetts to the late Ruth and Thomas Colton. He was predeceased by his loving wife of 29 years, Lorraine (Lori) M. Colton.

Survived by his sister Jean Colton (Kat Klingerman) of St. Petersburg FL, his brother Thomas Colton (Regina). Daughters Jennifer Zawistowski (Thomas) of Eastport MI, Lisa Moore (Paul) of Savannah GA, and sons David Colton (Frances) of Keene NH, Richard Carson (Jeanette) and Marc Carson of Savannah GA. Grandchildren Patrick Arnold (Stacy), London Tinney (Shawn), Heather Lauber (Cory), Laura Moore, Stella, thirteen great-grand-children and three great-great-grandchildren.

Robert served in the United States Army and was stationed in Vietnam for two consecutive tours. Serving in the 266th Support and Service Branch from 1964 and was honorably discharged in 1970. While serving for six-years Robert received the National Defense Service Award, Vietnam Service Award, Good Conduct Medal, and the Vietnam Campaign Medal with 1960 Device.

Robert had many passions including playing golf, pool, baking, poker, and spending time with his family. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be sent to the American Heart Association. The family will hold a Memorial Service at a later date.
