Robert “Bob” J. Baranski, age 90, of Toledo, passed away on October 9, 2018. He was born on November 9, 1927 to John and Phyllis (Wierszewski) Baranski in Toledo. Bob proudly served his country during the Korean War in the United States Army Air Force.

He retired from Libbey Owens Ford after many dedicated years. Bob was a long-time member of the Catholic War Veterans Logsdon-Walla Post 639 and American Legion Przybylski Post 642, where he was past Commander and held other offices at both posts. Bob enjoyed wood working and model railroads.

Bob was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 64 years, Theresa Baranski and granddaughter Carrie Baranski. He will be dearly missed by his sons, Phil (Robin) and Paul (Sherry) Baranski; daughter, Pamela (Kenneth) Freeman; 7 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren. Family and friends may visit on Friday, from 4-8:00 p.m. at the W.K. Sujkowski & Son Funeral Home, 3838 Airport Hwy.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Church at 10:00 a.m., where friends may visit after 9:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery. The family would like to express a special thank you to Perrysburg Commons and Heartland Hospice for all of their compassionate care and support.
