He was born October 19, 1962 in McKeesport to the late Stephen and Veronica Jean Karichko Russin. Bob worked in the crime lab at the Allegheny County Medical Examiner for many years and enjoyed hunting, fishing and cars.

He is survived by sisters, Donna (Matt) Clay of Greensburg, Judi (Tom) Ridge of Scottsdale, AZ, Lois (Greg) Stepansky of North Huntingdon and Valerie (Mark) Bradley of Manor, brother, Steven (the late Christine) Russin of McKeesport, nephews, Steven Jr., Jake and Russ, niece, Kasey, great-nephews, Phillip and Alex, and great-niece, Daniela. There is no visitation. Arrangements are by the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township (412) 751-5000 Drew J. Gilbert, Director.

Private burial will take place at the St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Cemetery, North Versailles at a later date.
