OBITUARY Robert “Bob” Massengill March 2, 1934 – January 20, 2019 Born on March 2, 1934 in Bloomington, Indiana and died on January 20, 2019 in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. Bob was preceded in death by his father, Robert Massengill; mother, Ethel Brinson; brothers, Ray & Lloyd Massengill; sister, Gloria Massengill; and son, Chad Massengill. He will be deeply missed by his wife, Janet Massengill; daughter, Jeri (David Hodnefield) Massengill; son, Rob (Diane) Massengill; and grandchildren, Rhys & Atakilt Massengill.

Bob served in the US Navy, working as a naval electronics specialist while stationed at Barber Island, Oahu, Hawaii. He worked as a sales representative for California Pellet Mills across the Midwest for 40 years. After retirement, he started his private consulting firm, Pellet Systems Consulting.

Funeral service will take place at 11am on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Coon Rapids United Methodist Church, 10506 Hanson Blvd NW, Coon Rapids. Visitation will begin at 10am. Interment at Morningside Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Feed My Starving Children.
