Robert “Bobby” Gene Cannady, 82, passed away on September 27, 2018. He was born December 7, 1935 in Lochgelly, WV to the late Robert and Viola Cannady, but was adopted and raised by his grandparents, Charlie and Ocia Cannady. Bobby worked as an electrician and was a retired 64 year member of the IBEW Local 306.

He was affiliated with Manchester Christian Church, enjoyed bowling, softball, fishing, camping, and traveling with his family in an RV. Bobby was preceded in death by his daughter, Linda Sue. He is survived by his wife of 63 years Barbara; children, David (Diane), Nora (Doug) Meredith, Gary (Lori), Susan (Ken) Facemire; 12 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.

Interment took place at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
