Obituary for Robert Bozzone Robert J. Bozzone Age 94, a long-time resident of Gibsonia and Saxonburg, PA passed away peacefully on October 12, 2018 at Concordia’s Rebecca Residence in Allison Park, PA. He was born on Nov 24, 1923 in Staten Island, NY; and is survived by his son, R. Scott (Elizabeth) of New Jersey and daughter, Susan B. O’Shaughnessy (Dennis) of Allison Park; 4 grandchildren, Ryan, Amy, Rebecca and Reed; and one great-granddaughter, Flora. Also, his nephew, Richard Bozzone and Donna (Bozzone) Fanning.

He was predeceased by his wife, Flora (Armstrong), of 67 yrs. in 2013; and son, Steven in 1964. Robert was a devoted and loving husband, and cherished his children and grandchildren.

Robert served in the US Army Air Corps during WWII for over 3 years (1942-1946) in Sioux City, Iowa. He then graduated from University of Rochester in 1950 with a B.S. degree in Accounting and retired from Allegheny Ludlum Steel Corp. in Brackenridge, PA in 1983, as Assistant Controller.

He was a long-time member at First Presbyterian Church of Bakerstown. Bob enjoyed vacations, golf, bowling, playing bridge, piano, coin collecting and any activities with his family. There will be a memorial service to celebrate his life at First Presbyterian Church of Bakerstown, 5825 Heckert Road, Bakerstown, PA 15007, on Friday, November 2, 2018 at 12:00pm.
