He is survived by his step-mother Yvette; husband of Juleen Velazquez; children Robert Burns, IV and Jenel Burns; grandchild Railyn Burns; siblings Damone, Rayshawn, Torry, Angela Teran, Sabrina, Asha, and late Angie; in-laws Joyce & Solomon; also several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call Monday, Oct. 89th from 1-3 PM with funeral services at 3 PM all in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport.
