Obituary for Robert Glenn Jenets Robert “Chick” Glenn Jenets. Age 86, of Blawnox, passed away on Sunday, January 6, 2019, surrounded by his family in the comfort of his home. Chick was an active owner for the past 31 years of the Meineke Car Care Center in Harmar.

He was a lifetime resident of Blawnox and served on the Auxiliary Police Force for over 60 years. Chick was an Army veteran and served in the Korean War. Chick was proceeded in death by his loving wife, Ruth Ann (Beam).

He was the father of Lynne (Robert) Hollinger, Jr., Joann (Robert) Schneider, Robert Jenets and Patty (Robert) Cromer; also survived by four grandchildren, Caitlin (Paul) Gergerich, Lauren Jenets, Bradley (Jodi) Hollinger and the late Stephen Arintok. Loving great-grandfather of Remington and Savannah; brother of Delores Stevick and the late Ralph Jenets, Marion Graham and Sheila Turk. Visitation on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 from 1-8pm at the Thomas M. Smith Funeral Home and Crematory, Ltd., 930 Center Avenue, Blawnox, PA 15238.

Family and friends to gather for final prayers at the Funeral Home on Thursday at 9:30am, followed by Mass of Christian Burial in St. Pio Parish/ St. Edward Church at 10:30am. Interment to follow. Memorial donations may be made to the Bow Wow Buddies Foundation at www.
