Resetar 71, of Fords, entered into eternal rest, March 1, 2019, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Rahway. He was born in Rahway and was a lifelong resident of Fords. Robert was an electrician with IBEW Local #102 in Parsippany for 20 years before retiring in 2009.

He was a communicant of Our Lady of Peace R C Church in Fords, and a navy veteran having served in the Vietnam War. Robert is survived by his loving wife Virginia Nunez Resetar, his children; Joseph E. Resetar and Maria V. Resetar both of Fords, and his sisters; Linda Karas of Manahawkin and Carol Strako of Florida. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 10 am at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home 23 Ford Avenue, Fords followed by a 10:30 am Liturgy at Our Lady of Peace.

Visitation is Monday from 4 pm to 8 pm.
