Robert James Korzendorfer December 4, 1937 – November 30, 2018 Bob passed away peacefully at home in Detroit Lakes on Friday following a long illness. Services for Bob will be Friday, December 7, 2018 at 2:00 pm in the David Donehower Funeral Home, Detroit Lakes. He was born and raised in Frazee, MN.

He served honorably in the Air Force as a Radar Operator in Okinawa, Japan in the 1950s. He married Carol Haavig on October 7, 1961 in New York Mills, MN and they raised 2 sons in Moorhead, MN. He was a Teamster and drove semi-trucks for over 30 years.

Following Carol’s death, he married Donna Rindahl in Roberts, SD in 2000. Bob enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, shooting the breeze over a cup of coffee, and making walking canes and other crafts in his workshop. He is pre-deceased by his wife Carol, parents, Robert and Jean, brother, Richard, and sisters Muriel Hall and Mary Lou Miller.

He is survived by his wife, Donna of Detroit Lakes, brother, Terry (Violet) of Excelsior, MN, daughter, Peggy (Randy) Haugen of Noorwood, ND, son, Daniel (Janice) of Newport, NC, son, Douglas (Sarah) of Brooklyn Park, MN, five grandchildren, three great-grandsons, one great-great granddaughter, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
