Robert L. Monzo, 56, of Richmond, passed away on February 4, 2019 in McLaren Macomb Hospital after a sudden illness with his family by his side. He was born on March 10, 1962 in Port Huron. Robert enjoyed camping and loved his dog, Taz.

He is survived by his mother, Patricia S. Jones of Port Huron; fiancé, Valerie Parise of Richmond; sister and brother-in-law, Lisa (Larry) Swoffer of Port Huron; brother, Terry Monzo of Port Huron; brother, Gregory Monzo of Port Huron; sister and brother-in-law, Michele (Bryan) Hill of Fort Gratiot; brother and sister-in-law, William (Rochelle) Watson of Port Huron; brother and sister-in-law, Randy (Jackie) Monzo of Port Huron; stepmother, Laura Monzo of Kimball Twp. ; son and daughter-in-law, Robert (Missy) Monzo of Marysville; daughter, Rebecka Hart of Reed City; two grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Robert was preceded in death by his father, William L. Monzo.

Private family services have taken place. Cremation arrangements are in care of Jowett Funeral Home, 1634 Lapeer Ave. , Port Huron.
