Robert’s Obituary On Tuesday, May 7th, 2019, Robert Lee Salisbury, 91, passed away at the Seneca Hill Manor Nursing Facility. Robert was the son of the late Levi and Ellen (Lilly) Salisbury of Minetto. He was educated at Minetto Elementary School and was a graduate of the Oswego High School Class of 1947.

While at OHS, he was a member of the baseball and football varsity teams. He served in the Army during the Korean War and was honorably discharged from service in 1957. He went on to work at Armstrong World Industries, retiring after a 40 year career.

Robert was predeceased by his wife of 57 years, Christina “Connie” (Sereno) Salisbury, who died in 2014. He is survived by his son, Robert Salisbury of Minetto; his daughter, Maria (James) Healy of Oswego; and two granddaughters, Rachel Healy of Denver, Colorado, and Alexa Healy of Mesa, Arizona. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 Monday, at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home, 112 East Second Street in Oswego.

Burial will be in St. Peter’s Cemetery. There will be no calling hours.
