He Retired as an OTR Truck Driver.

He is survived by: his Companion, Terese Tasker of Hancock County ; his Sons, Robert Lee Collins, Jr. and Christopher Collins, both of Bloomington, IL ; his Sisters, Leona Belzer of Homestead, FL and Patricia Garrett of Pickneyville, IL ; and his Brothers, Thomas Collins of Las Vegas, Jimmy Collins of Peoria, IL, Larry Collins of Towanda, IL, Jackie Collins of Bloomington, IL, Charles Collins of China Grove, NC, Steve Collins of Gridley, IL, Terry Collins of Bloomngton, IL, and Jason Collins of Towanda, IL ; and Three Grandchildren.
