Robert Leo Funk, of Rolla, passed away Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at the age of 78. He was born on August 8, 1940 in St. Louis, MO to the late Peter Funk and Kathryn (Kautz) Funk. On July 14, 1998 he married Debbie (Shackleford) Funk.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one sister, Dolores Leassner, two brothers, Gerald Funk and Kenny Funk; and his mother-in-law, Mable Shackleford. Bob was a former captain of the Rescue Squad for the city of St. Louis.
