Moody, Robert Sterlin Scrambletown – Robert Sterlin (Bubba) Moody, 91, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family January 18, 2019. He was born May 21, 1927 in Lacota, Florida, to the late William Herman Moody and Grace McDonald Moody. He served in the US Navy during World War II.

He retired with the City of Ocala in Water Treatment. Robert was a Charter member of the Cedar Creek Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his sisters, Berthena Kinsey, and Eva Koon.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years, Clara B. Moody; son, Robert T. Moody (Lynn); daughters, Dorothy Falabella (Nick), Arlene Chauncey (Elliott); six grandchildren and five great grandchildren; and sisters, Elfreeda Jones, Audrey Mason, and Glenell Russell. Funeral Service will be at 3:00pm, Tuesday, January 22, 2019, at Cedar Creek Baptist Church with Pastor Vaughn Foust officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service for visitation at 2:00pm.

Interment will follow the service in J. Fletcher Counts Cemetery. Arrangements are under the contract of Countryside Funeral Home, Anthony, FL.
