Robert T. Szalewicz, of Cumming, GA and former area resident died Wednesday Jan. 9, 2019 at his home. Born May 24, 1954 in Oil City, PA.

, he was the son of the late Francis (Frank) & Lucille Pilewski Szalewicz. Robert was an Eagle Scout and was a graduate of Venango Christian High School. He also graduated from the University of Pittsburgh at Titusville.

Robert had worked as an accounts manager in the insurance industry, last working for Liberty Mutual. He was married to the former Irene Frangos and she preceded him in death. Mr. Szalewicz was of the Catholic Faith.

He enjoyed stamp collecting and golfing. He was a member of the Theta Chi Fraternity. He is survived by his mother Lucille Szalewicz, a resident of Oakwood Heights in Oil City, PA.

, and formerly of Seneca. And by several cousins. Interment will take place in Calvary Cemetery.
