Roberta Nate (Nana) Moses was born on October 13, 1973 in Saint Louis, Missouri to Robert and Linda Moses. She was the ninth of eleven children. No matter what she was going through she never complained, she always said “I am alright”.

Roberta gave her life to Christ at an early age. She was baptized at Devotional Church in Kinloch, Missouri. Roberta loved God and never shied away from her faith.

She obtained her education in the Saint Louis Public School District. Roberta participated in a school program for our Lady’s of Elegance, where she was choose to deliver a speech. Roberta would go on to have long career in hospitality, in which she had a great passion for.

She would leave a great impression for those she was able to assist as well as those she worked with. Roberta enjoyed spending time with her two children, whom she devoted her life to. Her summertime favorite was to gather her friends and family for a challenging game of volleyball.

She also enjoyed cooking, hanging outdoors and enjoying a good movie at home. She is survived by: her mother ~ Linda Moses of Saint Louis, Missouri; daughter ~ Brianna Benson of Saint Louis, Missouri; son ~ Darryl “Tank” Benson; brothers ~ Donald Moses of Kansas City, Kansas; Earl Moses of Saint Louis, Missouri, Robert Moses of Saint Louis, Missouri and Michael Jenkins (Sherry); sisters ~ Etosha Griffin (Demetrius) of Saint Louis, Missouri, Erika Green (Perry) of Saint Louis, Missouri, Gwendolyn Latimore of Saint Louis, Missouri, Demetrius Kelly of Saint Louis, Missouri, Linda Taylor (Billy Taylor) of Saint Louis, Missouri, Latisha Moses of Saint Louis, Missouri and Evelena Cobb (Austin) of Saint Louis, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Moses; brothers, Kenneth Moses, Fredrick Jenkins and Courtney Moses and sister, Evelyn Moses.

She also leaves to mourn: special friends ~ Davina Turner, Jennifer and Bebe; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Roberta Moses please visit our Sympathy Store.
