He was born on May 13, 1950 in Nuevo Leon, Mexico, son of Elpidio and Eduviges (Trevino) Karr, who preceed him in death. Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Minerva Karr; son, Jaime Karr and 5 granddchildren; step-sons, Jose Luis and Alejandro Gutierrez and 7 step-grandchildren; brothers, Pablo, Romualdo, Rodolfo and Julian Karr; sisters, Antonia Salazar, Maria De.

Vallejo and Maria Elvira Valle. Visitation will be held at the Iglesia Apostolica de Edinburg, 2820 E. Richardson Rd. , Edinburg, Texas on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 beginning at 5:00 p.m. and continuing on Thursday, March 14, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. Graveside services will be held at Raymondville Memorial Cemetery on Friday, March 15, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Honored to serve as pallbearers are: Francisco Vallejo, Miguel Perez, Carlos Perez, Alejandro Gutierrez, David Vallejo and Edgar Karr.
