Robin Keith “Rob” Gohring, 41 of Blue Rock, passed away on November 13, 2018 at Genesis Hospital CCU in Zanesville following a brief illness. Rob was born in Zanesville on July 9, 1977. He is the son of John and Norma (Stires) Gohring.

He enjoyed playing video games and loved the outdoors. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Rob had a very gentle heart, he loved every minute that he could spend with his family and friends and always had time to help anyone he could.

In addition to his parents, Rob is survived by his one daughter, Tracey Gohring; his two grandchildren, Ethan Metzler and Ryan Metzler; his two brothers, John (Kelly) Gohring and Greg (Stephanie) Gohring; his aunts and uncles, Connie Gohring, Sharron Gohring, Linda Gohring and Carl Gohring and his three nephews, John, Jeremy and Justin. Visitation will be 4 to 6 pm on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls. He will be laid to rest in the Duncan Falls Cemetery.
