Obituary for Roger L. Troyer Roger L. Troyer, 72, of Orleans, passed away at 12:03 AM on Nov. 8, 2018 at his residence. He was born April 20, 1946 in Hastings, NE, the son of James and Cora (Lewis) Troyer.

He married Hazel (Terry) Troyer and she survives. He was a member of the Orleans Nazarene Church. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a member of the Orleans American Legion Post #69.

He was a truck driver for many years. He is survived by his wife, Hazel of Orleans; one step daughter, Rhonda Harris of Orleans; one brother, James Troyer; four sisters, Viola Griffin, Melberta Gove, Anna Wood, Arleta Kimberly; two grandchildren, T.J. and Melissa Harris; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, two children, Ashley and Ryan Troyer, one brother and one sister.

The funeral will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Orleans Church of the Nazarene in Orleans with Pastor Jerry Richardson officiating. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery with military rites conducted by the Orleans American Legion. Friends are invited to visitation at the church on Saturday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
