Obituary for Roger Russell Roger Sherwood Russell, age 72,died peacefully surrounded by his loving family on September 6, 2018. He was born August 7, 1946, in Long Island, New York, the son of Harold Russell and Veta (Wisdom) Russell. Roger went to New York Institute of Technology where he earned his Bachelor Degree of Science.

Roger lived in Tucson, AZ, for about 40 years. Roger owned Russell’s Color Craft Auto Paint and Restoration for many years. He belonged to Tucson T-Bird Club, American Legion, Sliver Club Member and was a railroad hobbyist.

Roger is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Trinidad Russell; three sons, Martin and his wife, Anjelica, Jose Luis and his wife, Mirna, and Alexis and his wife, Monica; A daughter, Diana; nine grandchildren, Martin S., Martin A., Jose, Damien, Maritza, Perri, Hope, Zabelle and Soleil; and two great-grandchildren, Alizon and Mila. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 14, 2018, from 10 AM to 12 PM with the Funeral Celebration beginning at 12 PM at Abbey Funeral Chapel, 3435 N 1st Avenue, Tucson, AZ, 85719, Phone 520-888-1111. Interment will follow at Holy Hope Cemetery, Tucson, AZ.
