Obituary for Roland Jean Norton Roland Jean Norton, age 66, passed away in his home on Friday, November 30, 2018. Roland was a kind and loving father, brother, son and friend. He was a brilliant song writer, musician and artist.

He was passionate about the pursuit of knowledge and culture, made evident by his intellectual and charming nature. His genuine and caring heart rewarded him the title of “Dad” to many more than his natural children alone. And he cared for his loved ones unconditionally.

Beloved son of Carol Sue Norton (nee Wright) and the late Donald Jean Norton. Brother to Tom Norton and the late Kendall Norton. Loving father of Joshua Angstrom Norton, Benedict Gerard (Katherine) Norton and Jessica Marie (Josh) Henning.

Cherished grandfather of many. Memorial gathering will be held from 4pmto 8pm (with military honors presented at 4:30pm) on Friday, December 7, 2018, at Jay B.
