Obituary for Rolland Earl Frantz Born January 9, 1941 in Battle Creek, Michigan to Vern George Frantz and Bessie Thelma Parks Frantz. Passed on November 30, 2018 at the age of 77. Rolland attended Lakeview High School and graduated in 1960.
He played football, baseball, and basketball. After high school he began working at the former Michigan Carton Co. in 1960 until his retirement in 1998. He was a volunteer Fireman in Emmett Township for 11 years.
On February 3, 1962, he married Sandra Lee Chapin. More than anything Rolland adored his family and friends. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
During his years in school and at Michigan Carton Co. he established many lifelong friendships and he always enjoyed meeting with them for lunch, trips, and picnics. He had a heart of gold and he will truly be missed by all those he leaves behind. He is survived by his wife Sandra, His children, Robert B. Frantz (Lyn) of East Leroy, Laura L. Mansfield of Battle Creek, Michelle M. Reincke (Kevin) of Alexandria, IN, His grandchildren, Trisha L. Reinitz, Robert E. Frantz (Natalie), Cortney M. Csire(Andrew), Chelsea L. Hamlyn (Brad), Adam J. Reincke (Danni), Isaac M. Reincke, Great Grandchildren, Emma, Nicholas, Lucus, Gemma, Brynlee, and Robert.
