Ronald J. Wilson, 57, of Dover passed away on July 25, 2018 at home. Mr. Wilson had worked for American Myrex in Delaware City for about 20 years. He then owned and operated Delaware Exteriors, Inc. in Middletown.
Most recently, he was an associate at Smyrna Hardware for a few years. Mr. Wilson enjoyed fishing, camping and playing golf. Mr. Wilson is survived by his children: Derek J. Wilson of Camden, Corey M. Wilson of Harrington and Samantha M. Lemieux of Dover; his friend and the mother of his children Mandy Twaits of Dover; his girl friend and loving partner Sharon Passwaters of Dover; his father, Robert Wilson, Sr. of Sus County; five siblings: Bobby Wilson of Smyrna, Richard Wilson of Florida, Christine Leyva of Camden, April Guzniczak Merrell of Maryland and Michelle Guzniczak Stein of Texas; and three grandchildren: Willow Wilson, Rowan Wilson and Asher Wilson.
He was preceded in death by his mother Joan Guzniczak and his step father that raised him, Gus Guzniczak. Funeral services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. Online condolences may be made via www.
