Ronald Ray Snyder, 63, passed away on September 8, 2018. He was born May 2, 1955, on his mother’s birthday. He was a 1973 graduate of Coventry High School.

Ron was an excellent carpenter who was particularly skilled at framing and finishing and had built all the docks at Mariner’s Point. He enjoyed being outdoors and working at the canoe livery in Canal Fulton. He was a loyal fan who never gave up on the Cleveland Browns.

Ron was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Edna Snyder. He is survived by his daughter, Stephanie (John) Spada; brothers, Ray (Linda) Snyder, Don (Denise) Snyder; sister, Pam (Jack) Ford; grandchildren, Gianna and Vincent; and many extended family members. Ron’s family would like to extend special thanks to Grace Hospice for the care they gave Ron over the last several weeks.

Friends may call at Bacher Funeral Home, 3326 Manchester Rd. on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 from 6-8 p.m., where services will be held on Wednesday, September 12 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation one-hour prior. Interment at Lockwood Cemetery.
