Obituary Monica – Ronald W. “Bill” Fairfield, 79, of Monica, passed away at 1:21 a.m. Sunday, December 30, 2018 at Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria. Bill was born on March 31, 1939 in Monica, the son of Peter C. and Pauline (Dimmick) Fairfield. He married Carol Asal on September 13, 1958 in Princeville; she survives.
