Ron “Smitty” Smith, 59, of Lawrenceburg, Indiana, passed away on Monday, April 30, 2018. He was born August 11, 1958 in Detroit, Michigan, son of Eschol and Mary (Walker) Smith. Ron loved to golf.

He liked to travel, play darts, bowl, and liked baseball. He was an avid photographer. He worked as a Computer Analyst at CVS.

He is survived by his loving parents, Eschol and Mary Smith of Sun City West, AZ; 2 sons, Justin Smith of Plymouth, MI, Brandon Smith of Lawrenceburg, IN; sister, Beverly (husband Richard) Wise of Glendale, AZ; 2 nephews, Nicholas (wife Katie) Wise of Phoenix, AZ; Matthew Wise of Glendale, AZ; and numerous friends. Family and friends will be received at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home, 455 Ridge Ave, Greendale, Indiana on Monday, May 7, 2018 from 4-7 pm. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Greater Cincinnati Kiwanis Club for Homeless Children or Indiana Wildlife Conservation.
