Obituary of Ronald Johnson Ronald “Poppy Ron” Johnson, 82, of Aston, PA passed away Sunday April 8th, 2018 at Riddle Memorial Hospital in Media. He was born on January 20, 1937 in Chester to the late Harry and Ada (Wroten) Johnson. Ronnie was a graduate of St. James Catholic High School class of 1955.

He served in the Army with the 187th Airborne. He retired from the Scott / Kimberly-Clark after 37 years in 1999. Ronald was a member of the Del-Vets Post#1, the Aston American Legion Post 926 and the Rocky Run YMCA.

He was an Avid golfer & Flyers fan. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and quality time with his fellow US Veterans. In addition to his parents, Ronnie was preceded in death by his brother Mickey Johnson.

He is survived by his loving partner; Eileen Callahan, sister; Helen Urban, children; Maureen Repetto Daily & husband Michael Daily and Timothy J. Callahan and wife Rachel (Lackey) Callahan, nieces & nephews, Rachel, Kaitlyn, Jordan & Reagan Urban and grandchildren, Nicole Repetto, William Repetto, Erin Emily Daily & John Daily. A viewing will be held on Thursday Morning, 8:30-10:30AM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd. , Garnet Valley, PA followed by a Funeral Liturgy at 10:30AM.

Interment, S.S. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA. Donations in Ronald’s memory may be made the Coatesville VA Hospital, 1400 Blackhorse Hill Rd, Coatesville, PA 19320.
