Ronnie Thomas Starks, Sr., 68, of Earlington, KY passed away on Saturday, May 4, 2019 at his home. He was born in Rabbit Ridge, KY on December 10, 1950 to the late Ellis Thomas Starks and Cellia Francis Davenport Starks. He had served in the United States Army and was a veteran of the Vietnam War.

He had worked as a coal truck driver for Ray Jones Trucking. He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline Starks of Earlington, KY; his three children: Robin Justice and her husband, Chris, of Earlington, KY, Ronnie Thomas Starks, Jr. of Earlington, KY, and Timothy Brian Starks of Earlington, KY; one brother, Romane Miller and his wife, Barbara, of Madisonville, KY; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service with military rites will be held Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Oakwood Cemetery in Earlington, KY with Bro.

Dennis Mayfield officiating, and military rites performed by the Hopkins County Honor Guard. There will be no visitation. Reid-Walters Funeral Home in Earlington, KY is in charge of the arrangements.
