Obituary for Rooster Futrell Mr. Roy “Rooster” Futrell, age 71 of Wingo, Ky passed away on Monday, June 11, 2018 at 9:36 AM at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center. He was a member of the Pryorsburg Community Church, and retired from Castleman’s Tire & Repair after 45 years. Mr. Futrell is survived by his wife of 35 years- Shirley Ingrum Futrell of Wingo, Ky; four daughters- Kim Hamby of Mayfield, Ky, Beverly (Todd) Mills of Mayfield, Ky, Rhonda Cole of Paducah, Ky, and Brenda (Steve) Jones of Mayfield, Ky; two brothers- Jimmy Futrell of Ocala, Fl and Glyn Futrell of Mayfield, Ky; two sisters- Jean Babb of Williamsburg, Va and Georgia Herndon of Mayfield, Ky; thirteen grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren also survive.

He was preceded in death by his brother- Joe Futrell; parents- George & Ludell Cash Futrell. Graveside Services will be held on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at 1:00 PM at the Wingo Cemetery with Brian Ingrum officiating. Friends may call from 11:00 AM – 12:45 PM on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at the Brown Funeral Home in Wingo, Ky.
