Rose (Ruza) Cveljo, age 93, of Painesville, peacefully passed away on Saturday, February 2, 2019. She was born in Zagreb, Croatia on September 27, 1925 to the late Milan Draganec and Berta Kadrnka. Rose was an accomplished artist.

She adored her grandchildren and loved to garden. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She will be dearly missed.

Rose is survived by her son Peter (Melissa) Cveljo; her grandchildren, Nicholas Cveljo and Gabrielle Cveljo; her sister-in-law, Neda Cveljo of Croatia, and numerous relatives in the United States and Europe. She was preceded in death by her former husband, Joseph Cveljo and sister-in-law, Dr. Katherine Cveljo. A visitation will be Thursday from 5-7 pm at the Monreal Funeral Home, 35400 Curtis Blvd.

, Eastlake. Funeral Service will be 7pm immediately following visitation. Private burial will be in Zagreb, Croatia at a later date.
