DATELINE: KINGS MOUNTAIN, NORTH CAROLINA Rose Etta Sisk Rose Etta Sisk, 83, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on May 13, 2019 at Testa Family Hospice in Kings Mountain, NC. She was born in Kingston, TN, one of 14 children to the late Charles Forrester and Bertha Mae Shubert Forrester and was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Fred Sisk. Rose spent her time as a caring wife, mother and homemaker.

She was of the Baptist faith and attended David Baptist Church when her health allowed. Rose enjoyed being outside around her pool and collecting cookie jars. She loved spending time with her family and was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Rose will be missed dearly by her family and loved ones.
