OBITUARY Rosebud “Sissie” Floyd October 26, 1945 – September 29, 2018 Rosebud Wilma “Sissie” Floyd, 72, passed away on Saturday, September 29, 2018 in a local hospital. She loved going to Bingo, and playing the game “Dragon City” on her tablet. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren Sissie is survived by her seven children, Dallas Clement, Marvin Dale Clement, Rose Gilbert, Johnny Floyd, Jeannie Anne Thomas, John Floyd Jr., and Marion Spell; 26 grandchildren; 44 great grandchildren; and friend, “Pillho”.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, John Thomas Floyd; daughter, Teresa Floyd; two grandsons, Gabriel Thomas and David Thomas; one great grandchild, Kane Lambert; sisters, Marion Clement, and Martha; and brother Willie Dowling. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm on Thursday, October 11, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at Hixson Funeral Home of Vinton with a gathering of friends at 5pm until time of service. Rev.
