Lawtey, Fl. – Ms. Rosecell Williams, age 80, passed away on May 13, 2019 at Orange Park Medical Center. She was a graduate from RGE (Class of 1959).

Ms. Williams retired as a Director of Food Services. She is survived by a devoted daughter (Theresa Woody), Lawtey ,Florida and granddaughter Tamara, (6) great grand children, sisters: Ollie Mae Williams, Doris Robinson, Clementine White, Eden Allen, Vanessa Williams, brothers: Clarence Williams, Ceasar Williams, a host nieces, nephews, cousins and sorrowing friends. Funeral services for Ms. Rosecell Williams will be held 2:00PM on Saturday, May 25, 2019 at Mt.

Zion AME Church, Lawtey, Florida, Rev. Charles L. Green, Jr., Pastor, Rev. Ceaser Williams Eulogist.

Visitation will be held at J. Hadley Funeral Home, 2030 North Temple Avenue, Starke, Florida on Friday, May 24, 2019 from 4:00PM until 7:00PM. Arrangements are entrust to J. Hadley Funeral Home.
