Obituary of Rosemarie Passarella Rosemarie D. Passarella (nee Maloney), age 77 of Cherry Hill, formerly of Waterford Works, known to all who loved her as Gran and Rosie, passed away on June 19, 2018 at Silver Care Center in Cherry Hill. Born on December 16, 1940 to the late Angelina and Anthony Maloney Sr.; Rosemarie was a graduate of Overbrook High School. She was married for 55 years to the late Gus Passarella.

Rosemarie’s greatest joy was her family. She loved her three children and was the best mother in law to the men and woman who, in her opinion, were blessed to have married them. Speaking proudly about her children and grandchildren was one of her favorite things to do.

She took care of everyone when they were sick and helped with her grandchildren when they arrived. The many family dinners and celebration with a variety of Italian food and baked items will be forever missed by all of her family. Gran was loving, caring, generous and had a heart of gold.

She enjoyed reading her daily paper and doing crossword puzzles. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed by all who loved and cared for her.

She is survived by her children and their spouses; Sharon (Marc) D’Orazio, Angela (Luigi) Pallante, and Vincent (Jayne) Passarella; her grandchildren, Dominic, Joseph and Sofia; siblings, Doris Kinter (late Lewis), Barbara Jones, Joseph Maloney (Elena), Franklin Maloney (Mariana), Alan Maloney (Cheryl), Mary Lou Maloney, Carl Maloney (Lynn), and the late Michael Tantonio and Anthony Maloney Jr She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and her granddogs Duke, Eve and the late Tyler. Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Tuesday from 10:30 AM at the Church of St. Joan of Arc, 100 Willow Bend Road in Marlton, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 AM.

Entombment will follow at Berlin Cemetery in Berlin, NJ. The family requests memorial donations be made in her name to St. Joan of Arc Church at the above address.
